Virtual Assistance
Virtual Assistance is a service that many agents love! We can provide daily assistance to you without needing to hire someone for a set amount of hours. We only work as long as you need us and you don’t need to worry about keeping us busy so we don’t play solitaire on your computer while we are supposed to be working. You call us or email us and we work! We keep a time sheet so you can see how many hours you are actually having us work. Once we hit a certain amount of hours per week, we meet with you to discuss if it would be financially more stable for you if you hire someone full time. If you decide to hire someone full time, we assist you with the hiring process. We put up hiring advertisements and schedule interviews. If you would like for us to conduct a first interview, we can!
